Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the latest craze to hit the beaches, its so much fun, even the celebrities are doing it!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an excellent way to keep fit, and build and maintain core strength and balance. Led by your own Personal trainer ‘Dan The Paddle Board Man’ he will guide you through all the key areas of Paddle Boarding and give you a chance to explore the beautiful harbor in a truly unique way.
Course Content: Be guided through all the key concepts of Paddle Boarding
Equipment provided.
Cost: $90 private lesson/ $65 group lesson per person (Min 2 people) Duration: 1 hr
